Ingredients
- 2 oz Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Bourbon
- ½ oz Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur
- ¾ oz sweet vermouth
- 1 Sugar in the Raw cube
- 4-6 dashes Ageless Apothecary Cocoa Bitter
- 3-4 dashes Ageless Apothecary Black Walnut Fig Bitter
- Luxardo cherry (for garnish)
- Large ice rock/sphere
Instructions: In a mixing glass, place the Sugar in the Raw cube. Add the Cocoa Bitter and Black Walnut Fig Bitter. Muddle gently to dissolve the cube partially and blend the bitters (add a tiny splash of water if needed for easier muddling). Pour in the sweet vermouth, Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur, and Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Bourbon. Stir steadily for 20-30 seconds until properly diluted. Pour over a large ice rock in a rocks glass for that dramatic slow melt. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry on a skewer.
