Custom Order Request Form Instructions
When filling out Custom Order request form, please provide specific details of the product to include size, quantity, any symptoms, allergies, or avoidances. We will review your request and contact you with any questions or concerns.
Custom Order Proposal and Payment
Ageless Apothecary will provide you a proposal for your custom order to ensure it will meet your expectations. Once you approve and finalize the custom order, we will send an invoice for payment. Production will not begin until the Custom Order has been paid in full. As with all of Ageless Apothecary's products, shipping is always free!
Custom Order Lead Times
Depending on the product and quantities requested, your lead time (how long it will take between you placing the order and you receiving the order) can be anywhere from less than a week to a couple months. Ordering supplies takes time, and some products require additional time before they can be packaged and safely shipped.
Ageless Apothecary takes pride in creating one of a kind, handcrafted products. We will not create any products that infringe on copyrighted material or someone else's intellectual property. Ageless Apothecary reserves the right to refuse any custom order request that we feel violates our policies. We will contact you if there are any concerns with your Custom Order request.
