Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refund Policy
We cannot accept returned product due to the organic nature, however if you are dissatisfied in how your product was delivered due to damage while in transit, you are eligible for a refund within two weeks of purchase.
To start a refund case, you can contact us at agelessapothecary@gmail.com. and explain what happened. Pictures of damaged parcels are helpful. Once we receive and approve the case we will initiate a refund for your purchase within 5 to 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
