Mugwort Lunar Tincture (Artemisia vulgaris)

This nervine herb has a mystical history and is associated with the moon.  Nervines help support calm to reduce stress.   Mugwort is also known as “The Dreaming Herb because has been used traditionally for a mild sedative and dream recall.

 (1:5, 75% A: 25%W Adults take 1 Teaspoon (5 ml.)  2x day or just before bed)
